- Physician Review: Within 1-2 business days, you'll receive physician-certified recommendations for vaccinations and medications, custom-tailored for you and your trip.
- Pharmacy Appointment: You may then schedule an appointment with your pharmacy to review your travel recommendations and receive your medications/vaccinations.

Please Note: The minimum age for receiving immunizations from Costco Pharmacies varies by state (AK, CA, CO, DE, NV, VA & WA ≥3, ID & WI ≥6, IL, MT & OR ≥7, TX ≥14, AL, AZ, FL, HI, MD, NJ & NM ≥18). **Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Oregon, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin** PCP must be faxed for any oral medications recommended.
